How to lose weight fast?

Sooo happy and so stressed at the same time!

My hubbys just announced that hes book us a holiday in st lucia at the end september :O somewhere I've always wanted to go. It's my dream holiday but he could of at least given me some warning. I never regained my body after giving birth to my youngest infact i put on weight, and now I have like 2 and a bit months to lose over 2 stone (to look half decent). Is it possible?

HELLLLPP! I refuse to be reminded on the best holiday ever with pictures of me covering my belly. I've been looking at wraps and these laser/ultraonic lipo treatments, but even if I do that I need to diet too.

What diets have you had quickest loss from? I'm I destined to starve myself until the holiday? I'll try anything. Are these diet tablets you can get at boots any good (any of them)?

Really need some help to lost weight fast. Please please please

Perhaps the cambridge diet for ultra fast results.
Or slimming world? You can lose a lot and still eat lots!

Before pregnancy I was a fan of these: http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pag...id=441&cid=510

plus these:

seemed to help, with exercise and a decent diet.

A pill like Alli/orlistat would work as long as your BMI was high enough to allow you to buy them (dont know how a chemist would check your BMI?)

What about the lemon and maple syrup diet? its got a certain name which escapes me

Thank for the replies

Just been looking at the cambridge plan. The results look amazing. Think I can manage milkshakes and a small meal. Have you tried the cambridge?

Heard about that lemon one. Was all the rage about a year ago. Clebs were doing it. If it's the one I'm thinking of isn't just for detoxing rather than dieting?

Those metaboliser tablets seem to have very good reviews. I always thought they were scams. Wonder if the reviews are from the company that makes them lol.

I'm not a fan of rhe liquid diets personally. For me, slimming world worked well. The first few weeks I was dropping about 4lb a week! Could you maybe do something like a fitness bootcamp too? They say you should lose a dress size in a month or something, plus you'll be toning as you lose xx

I know, Im always wary of online reviews, too good to be true I plan to start taking them again if I need to once I stop breastfeeding. The Slimatee is fab, clears you out at least Only thing is it makes you feel bloated for most of the morning (you drink a cup before bed). This does has its benefits as it acts as an appetite suppresant in a way.

Can you exercise too? Bootcamp is a good idea, something high intensity.

Food wise, try and swap everything to a lower fat/calorie version.

What is bootcamp? I can maybe go to the gym but would rather do something at home. I guess I should be doing something exercise wise otherwise I'll lose the bloat and replace it with a saggy belly lol.
