Do all Weight Watcher ready meals have Syns on Slimming World?

I'd imagine they do, one part I hate about SW You have to think about everything you eat and very little convenience

Ive just had a quick look on the search thing and theyre roughly 5-6 syns on EE days. I dont think thats too bad really. There is the odd high one tho.
Let me know if there is a particular one(s) you want me to check. xx

My daughter lost a lot of weight on SW and she swears by it. It all depends on what your lifestyle is I suppose. I want as little inconvenience as possible, so just counting points is fine for me, without all the added extras!

Is it just me that thinks the SW meals are a little expensive though? £3 seems a bit much. I'd just batch cook some meals and freeze them, same principle and it would work out cheaper in the long run (just my opinion though )

For anyone who does want to know about WW meals and their syns, I've posted a thread on here... Weight Watchers Foods Syn Values for SW Members

Wow £3 a meal is expensive. Id rather batch make too. I do have some WW meals in my freezer for convenience.

I'm the same... Also £3 for 6 sausages??? I'd rather get more sausages for less money and have to count a syn or two for them lol

And WW meals are only £1 I think aren't they? Ideal for convenience and no where near as expensive as SW...

I think to be honest slimming world is all about getting people to cook their meals. It is very much a lifestyle change they are aiming for, getting people to take time and really think about what they are putting into their bodies. Saying that sometimes life gets in the way and a ready meal that is healthy would be ideal.

I have tried the slimming world curry ready meal and it is fab, but very expensive. It does give you a recipe to make it by yourself.

Meal prep and batch cooking is definitely the way to go in the long run. Right now however if I can make a meal for two days I am happy. I need to train myself to batch cook . Whilst I like the occasional ww ready meal I find them very processed so if I am being good and have the time/energy I would rather cook!
