I didn't care for it much when I was a size 20 not sure about now though
When you say every day you are resting aren't you? Do 2 days rest day then 3 days r est day or 5 and 2 rest days if needed to suit lifestyle.

Netty mentioned doing it daily
I'm one to talk I'm thinking of doing 6 days this week but even the guys recommend not to ... I might be off it though start of next week depending how long my AF wants to take to appear (I get really uncomfortable
