I didn't care for it much when I was a size 20 not sure about now though

When you say every day you are resting aren't you? Do 2 days rest day then 3 days r est day or 5 and 2 rest days if needed to suit lifestyle.

Netty mentioned doing it daily

I'm one to talk I'm thinking of doing 6 days this week but even the guys recommend not to ... I might be off it though start of next week depending how long my AF wants to take to appear (I get really uncomfortable )!

I've not tried shred but I'm currently doing Jillian's ripped in 30! It's tough but I'm enjoying it

Oh. I love this program very much. But the third level is still very difficult for me.
