Sunday 31st March.
Breakfast--- 2 rice cakes and a banana
Lunch---Tom Kha Gai Soup
Dinner----Turkey Pizza.
Flatten turkey steaks topped with tom paste,cheese,onion,garlic and fruit.
Snacks---- 2 rice cakes
1st June.
I only weigh once a month.
3km done on treadmill at 7.30am.
Breakfast----Porridge and a banana
Lunch---Leftover turkey pizza with cheese salad.
Dinner--- Salmon with Hoision sauce(
had no sweet chilli sauce) on a bed of courgetti,carrotti and broccoli.
Breakfast--- Porridge and a banana
Holistic which has left me feeling really tired and I have to go to work soon.
Lunch-- Because of above just grabbed a couple of rice cakes,ham and a banana.
Dinner--- Chilli mince in stand and stuff tortillas with cheese shavings.
( tortillas are non paleo)
ibs flare up started Monday so not been feeling too good over the last couple of days.
Breakfast--- 2 rice cakes,egg
Lunch--- 2 rice cakes,a banana
Dinner will be plain chicken and roasted veg.

Feeling a bit better tonight. After 6 months of being ill it's only over the last month that I was diagnosed with food intolerance.
It's a bit of hit and miss at the mo. Trying to find out what I can and cannot eat. This time it was garlic that set it off.
Breakfast--- 2 rice cakes,butter,banana
Lunch---2 rice cakes,butter,ham salad
Dinner--- Brown rice pasta with tom sauce,bacon,sausages,carrots.
Snacks--- 2 rice cakes,butter
2 toffee popcorn rice cakes
