Fingers crossed I had my last hospital procedure last Thursday.
I had a barium meal and as I have a sensitive stomach it knocked me for six. Awful stomach cramps for two days and you can guess what else the whole time.

I am not going to do any particular diet. Just going to stop sugar and be as gluten free as I can.

I will start a new diary in the Dieting Journal part.
