BMRs what you need to function isn't it? Mine's 1350 and apparently to maintain I need to eat 1950 or something!

When I was dieting (before I got off track) my maximum calorie intake was 1800 which was advised as I'm breastfeeding. I started off with quite low calories but didn't lose any weight until I upped it a bit. I can't remember what my bmr was but I know it was more calories than I used to eat!
