This is a great help, especially since I misplaced the calculator that Weight Watchers provides and am no longer an active member. I have been working the program on my own for the past three months.

Does weight watchers have a general rule like Slimming World where every 20 calories is 1 syn? How many calories = 1 ww point?

On Weight Watchers, a point is ROUGHLY equal to 50 calories, but high fiber can lower your point count, and high fat can raise it. There is no exact ratio that you can just memorize.

I found on most bad things...40 calories. But 1 slice of nimble @51 calories is 1 point but 2 slices is 3 points
