I found this handy Weight Watchers Points calculator. I can see this coming in handy for people that follow a Points plan. I bookmarked it. I hope someone else might find it useful.
This is a great help, especially since I misplaced the calculator that Weight Watchers provides and am no longer an active member. I have been working the program on my own for the past three months.
On Weight Watchers, a point is ROUGHLY equal to 50 calories, but high fiber can lower your point count, and high fat can raise it. There is no exact ratio that you can just memorize.
