Ender, I do Simply Filling all the time, but honestly if I counted the points I eat daily, it would exceed the WW points assigned to my weight. That is why I do it - I can eat more and still lose weight without counting every little thing. I think one day off is great if you are eating the power foods. I know for sure it works - I have lost 15lbs in 4 weeks doing Simply Filling and have not felt hungry once the entire time. Best of luck!!
