I actually prefer WW to any other diet I've come across. It's the only one I've had real success with. I can eat anything aslong as I point it.

To assist you in losing weight in a healthy way, WeightWatchers offers a streamlined calorie-counting approach that is personalized based on your age, weight, and height. There is a matching point value for each food and beverage. Proteins have fewer points while sugar and saturated fat have higher point values.

Weight Watchers operates on a points system called SmartPoints, where each food is assigned a value based on its nutritional content. Members have a daily SmartPoints allowance based on factors like age, weight, and activity level. The goal is to stay within this allowance while still eating a balanced diet. It can be effective for those with any amount of weight to lose.
