I hate it. I worked so hard to up my endurance over a year ago and I've let it slide. Getting over the disappointment in myself is quite a battle to push! It's a good combo though ... sadly
I've been eating better and drinking less trying to get a bit more discipline back. I'm happy with my size and even weight (not that I know it yet this month) but I have those 'sides' and they have to go!
