I've been away from excercise for a very long time. Like 10 years long time.
I used to love step aerobics, but I do now have a weak left knee, result of a dancing injury in my youth, exacerbated over the years.
I'm getting my induction at the local gym on Wednesday but can also go to classes but good Lord, there's Body Pump, Body Attack, Metafit, Zumba, Body Combat, and whole loads more. What should I start with? I'm about 3 stone overweight and really very unfit, as in couldn't run for a bus unfit.....
I have two bad knees from years of skating (as transportation). The thing I am doing right now are the
Stronger videos and they work pretty good. I can still do high intensity but I can do it at my own pace.
