I think cos I had a good day-ish apart from that it balances out. Tbh usually I spend all day eating when I get a migraine usually so I've done well! OH bought me some vegetable crisps too and I didn't eat the whole bag - winning today
You've done a lot better than I would when I've got a migraine (which is currently weekly, grr) so I sympathise with your pain!

Looking at what you ate on your thread I'd say it still stayed within low calorie .. sometimes our coach says "if it fits"!
