Oops... only day 2!

We need to do a food shop and I've spent all day battling a migraine. So obvs we're having chinese I'm getting veg in black bean sauce and we're sharing salt and pepper chips - that's not too bad in the grand scheme of things is it?

I think cos I had a good day-ish apart from that it balances out. Tbh usually I spend all day eating when I get a migraine usually so I've done well! OH bought me some vegetable crisps too and I didn't eat the whole bag - winning today

You've done a lot better than I would when I've got a migraine (which is currently weekly, grr) so I sympathise with your pain!
You are definitely winning today chick (well once the migraine has completely gone!)

Looking at what you ate on your thread I'd say it still stayed within low calorie .. sometimes our coach says "if it fits"!

Yup, no meat/fish/dairy/eggs!

I do think I actually did pretty well yesterday so am not beating myself up too much! Today is a fresh day after all!
