I'm back in the naughty corner I try and eat semi well weekends still to enjoy a vodka but Saturday after our home buyers had been we went to the local family pub and ordered a mixed grill what was bad about that was it wasn't all that nice (usually is) mega disappointed and when that happens it feels a wasted bad moment. Afterwards I had a cookie sundae which was lovely but when I tasted some of his signature apple crumble with some sort of caramel sauce I totally could have eaten all of that sugar

No guilt for the sundae any way oops but now AF has arrived 4-5 days early I will blame tomorrow's scales on that

Well my scales were only up 1lb this morning so I'm surprised especially with the monthly arrival. x

I've not been so good lately and it was surprising I lost more than I have in a while on Friday and that is the only damage this morning .... baffled!

I think sometimes you just need to treat yourself, otherwise you will fall totally off the wagon. The last treat I had when we went out to eat was a Tequila Sunrise and it was very yummy. In the house though, last week we had our famous taco night and we had cake since it was also a mix of celebrating a friends birthday.
