I haven't been sleeping very much at all lately. I wonder if it's the change in diet and activity. I'm tired but as soon as I lay down I end up being wide awake. It's Saturday so I guess I can take a nap later.
It used to happen to me fairly often also. Usually if I lay down with a book my eyes start to get tired and I start to fall asleep. By the time I turn the light off, I am awake again. Since I started exercising more, I am sleeping much better now.
