I have a friend who quit years ago and says it was the best choice ever but she loves the smell!

I tried to quit during both pregnancies, I did severely cut down but I never totally quit for almost 20 years. I tried lozenges, gum, the patch and Chantix - none of these worked for me. I am now almost four years traditional cigarette free and only use a personal vaporizer. I still get nicotine but none of the other stuff.

My dad occasionally come outside just to smell the smoke it's a vile habit, I quit for about 2 weeks a few months back and it was so nice not to have bad breath and smelly hands all the time! Cos I smoke rollies I've got yellow fingers too
