Do you make one?
Most of us already here are already on the most common one people make for new year... lose weight, eat healthier, improve fitness etc
Not a new year resolution as such but I'd like to change/work on how stressed I get. If it doesn't go smoothly I turn into a massive stress ball. I hate the feeling after. So more CALM....
Any tips on creating calm?

Have you a return day in mind?
I'd like to drink less alcohol this year. I'm a sucker for a glass of wine some evenings, maybe a bottle weekend evenings.
I'd also like to get some courage to join a fitness group.
