Tonight for me is Lamb Quorn fillet with veg ... treat for pudding is a slice of my daughters fresh cream Victoria sponge cake (weigh in night treat). might add some strawberries to it too.

Courgetti (made with my swish spiralizer - best kitchen gadget of the year!) with beef and mushroom bolognese and some grated cheese. Was delicious!

It was supposed to be chicken curry with rice, but I've had rice twice in the last 24 hours so might need to rethink that one
