I'm having to do something with turkey steaks. Forgot to pick up some meat when I went shopping so lucky dip in freezer it was.

Hi,

I'm starting a new diet and looking to lose around 10-12st (not sure yet as will have to see what I look like when I get there).

I'm 20 years old and have always been overweight since a child, it's time for change and I'm serious this time. I've tried slimming world quite a few times and love the diet, although at the moment I just don't have time to keep up the classes. Knowing the ropes of slimming world is helpful because it means I can do it alone, with the support of this site (hopefully).

The other half is having creamy chicken with rice tonight, of course I cannot have the same, and therefore I was wondering if any had any ideas for a chicken and rice recipe? Limited ingredients as I need to stock up on spices and seasonings..

So for now I have passata, chicken stock, garlic, cajun spices, bacon, carrots and peas. Not a brilliant selection and I obviously don't need to use them all in one go.

If anyone knows of any quick and tasty recipes I would be very grateful!

Thanks
