Sausages and mixed veg in an aim to empty my freezer [emoji16]

Might I add they are sausages from the farm butcher down the road so I'm hoping they are not full of processed shite

2 rice cakes with banana and mackerel.
Hoping to get some real food inside me tomorrow.

Quorn sausage casserole

Yum! Love sausage casserole. I make mine with a can of Guiness, vegi stock and loadsa root veg. Although I usually use pork and apple sausages next time I make a casserole will try Quorn. One of my work friends makes an awesome Quorn mince chilli by the vat full and brings into work. I'm having tea with my folks so could be anything tonight. Wish me luck

Duck in plum sauce,carrots,lettuce,cucumber.
