Had a ham salad with coleslaw for a picnic lunch with a muller yogurt, I hvae bootcamp at 6.30 so I will have toast, chilli scrambled eggs and plum tomatoes when I get back

Going food shopping today to get some sweet potatoes - they didn't have them in last week and I've missed them!
