Had a ham salad with coleslaw for a picnic lunch with a muller yogurt, I hvae bootcamp at 6.30 so I will have toast, chilli scrambled eggs and plum tomatoes when I get back

Chicken breast with sweet potato and veg in coconut oil.
Going food shopping today to get some sweet potatoes - they didn't have them in last week and I've missed them!

Been crazy busy this week have had a really yummy paella, hoisin duck and pancakes, last night was chilli (will be the remains of that tonight) Have a lovely day all xx

Chicken Tikka Masala (never made it before but giving it a go lol) with rice, bombay bhajis from the SW website, raita, mango chutney (synned) and green salad.
