Tuesday ohh I had omelette too but with sausages, everyone else had mash and a Yorkshire
Wednesday burgers without bread and coleslaw, everyone else had rolls
Thrsday jacket potatoe with cottage cheese ham and salad

Today I am in work ... managed the morning food well and tonight there is some fresh soup at work which I will have with x2 seeded flat breads

Sausage dinner yesterday and today I’m at work and no idea yet what’s on the menu, usually something I have to reduce carbs on or jars which I really don’t like using!

Work food still sucks but we had gammon yesterday thankfully my colleague made loadssss of veg with it so it was nice. Didn’t care for the chicken gravy served with it though

Today at work we are having Pinch of Nom garlic chicken, my shift partner on day 2 thankfully has similar taste to me and likes home cooking looking forward to that!

I’m having a stir fry tonight nothing fancy as it’s a cheated version with sachet sauce but I am tired today.

I’m having a baked potato I’ve just not decided what with yet. Salad or bean!
