Bev no sauces or seasoning?

We had chicken stew!

It had a Chinese sweet and sour sauce on the actual chicken, which the butcher puts on for us when we buy them. I quite like just plain chicken too though!

Yesterday we had slow cooked chicken curry included peppers onion and lots of spinach served with wholegrain rice.

Tonight we have chilli chicken stirfry and a vegetable spring roll ... Better than a greasy takeaway

I had mince with rice and onions & mushrooms.

Monday
Leafy couscous salad with chicken
Sweet potato, spring onion & feta salad (the dressing was gorgeous)

Tuesday
5 spice chicken stir fry served on wholegrain rice

Wednesday
Oven cooked chicken, cooled sweet potatoes, wholegrain rice (brightened up with turmeric) and side salad served with a small light honey dressing

I had spaghetti bolognese tonight.

Roasted veg for me tonight! I wanted bubble and squeak, but my potatoes were rather sprouty!

We had sesame stir fry served with rice noodles and omg it was amazing, I wanted more!

Rump steak with rice and mixed vegetables.
