Salad: tomatoe, lettuce, red pepper, grated carrot, feta cheese, pasta tri-colour shells, canned tuna. May add some seasoned quark.
For dessert: Apple, natural yogurt with cinnamon and ginger.
Yum Haven't had steak in ages. I can see a few red days coming on. Just made Sausage and Meatball goulash for tomorrow. Just got to wack it in the oven tomorrow.
