I don't have steak very often.
But I am going out for a meal tonight and I always like to have something from the menu I don't cook at home very often.
I normally cook chicken or fish.

Mmmmm Steak - Think that'll be coming up this week.

I have chicken, turkey and tuna in the fridge. Not yet sure which one I fancy tonight.
But one of those with salad.

The meatball Goulash was lovely, think I'm going to try the diet coke chicken tomorrow.

Probably salad for tea - just had a big/late lunch as I'm zumba'ing at 7-8, I won't want loads to eat after that

Diet coke was a success, a slightly burnt success but that was my fault and I just about saved it.

I have made a super curry. I used turkey fillets cut into bite size pieces.
Onion, garlic, red pepper, carrots, courgette, aubergine, mushrooms, tin tomatoes and lots of spices: curry powder, cumin, coriander, ginger, garam masala.
Started off with chicken stock to soften the veg. It is a huge pot so I will be portioning off and freezing. I have not had a lovely homemade curry for ages. My kitchen smells heavenly!!
So...all free and SP.

I cooked at lunch for me and my daughter, really easy, chicken breast cut into small chunks, wack it in a frying pan until browned all over, add two tins of tomatoes, cayenne pepper depending on how hot you want it, simmer and reduce whilst you cook spaghetti, mix it all together, cheese optional, feeds two. Quick and easy go to spicy chicken and tomato spaghetti. Super Speed Soup when I got home from work.
