Using up veg in the fridge to make a stir-fry.

Don't have any meat until tomorrow when I go food shopping so using all the veg I have left. Have some ham and a slice of lean bacon. Will cook all that with a few stock cubes. May have it with pasta or rice or a jacket potatoe.
