After a massive dinner last night I think we will have salmon with salad. I am hoping to curb my syns a bit today so I can have half an avocado with it.

Chicken casserole

We just ate chicken in cajun seasoning in a wholemeal wrap (synned) with roasted red pepper, cheese (HEA) and red onions with salad. I found some Curly Wurlys in a shop over here so we're all going to have one of those with a cuppa in a mo. Enjoy your weekend all
