Lentil and sweet potato curry with chickpeas and kale. Cup of Tumeric coloured brown rice and some peas. ( tastes million times better than it sounds and is very colourful ) Maybe a beer as haven't eaten all day. Unless I crack and go to McD's for some bacon wrapped cheeseburger vanilla milkshake kinda affair eeeeekk shouldn't have thought about it.
