I had black-eyed bean and vegetable chilli, but without the chilli (I don't do hot or spicy. lol) last night. Got the recipe from Lifeline online. There's some left so I will probably have that again.

Last night was healthy chicken tikka masala and brown rice. Tonight is pork and veg stir-fry, hoisin sauce and noodles.
