Well folks this last month has been really challenging with my new job and work training! I can't believe how much I want to eat but where I work there is a lot of carbs carbs carbs so I've gradually let people know I can't eat too much carbs and stopped feeling rude to reject the toast, cakes and home made goodies as extras.
Anyway:
Sunday - Gammon, pieapple, veg and homemade chips (less of for me)
Monday - Sweet potato vegan curry with homemade flat breads which was rude not too

little rice
Tuesday - Chicken curry with half a naan and 2tbsp of rice
Today .... no idea! Ha
