Spaghetti bolognese

We made pumpkin curry like the sheet in the group this morning. Without yoghurt though we added coconut milk as D1 is vegan. Was lovely!! great flavour and looking forward to pumpkin soup tomorrow, with stuffed peppers then a synful pumpkin and chocolate muffin!

We had chips, curry sauce and a syn free onion bhaji - but the bhaji was too potatoey so I'll have to attempt that again.

Tonight I'm thinking either lasagne or carbonara..........
