I took LO to nursery this morning. Going to collect her in an hour and then going food shopping.

Hope your sister's ok huntress. I've been to the gym and done LBT, I was planning a run after but was absolutely bollocksed. So did steam room and sauna instead

Went to halfords cos I'd lost a nut for one of the kids stabilisers and the lovely boy there found one and fitted it free I may have done some smiling and eyelash fluttering

Just had lunch in the garden and am sunbathing. Need to pop to the shops and then go get the kids, hopefully I'll get them both out on their bikes after school!

Went to my SW group this morning. 2 1/2 pounds off.

Oh god sorry to hear about your sis hope she makes a speedy recovery!
I went for an appointment with one of my caseholding ladies who ended up getting sent to pregnancy assessment unit, so a 90 min trip ended up being 6 hours :-/ but she's ok so all's good. Went to gym and got PB's on leg press, squat and deadlift (yay) can tel I had an enormous amount of carbs yesterday [emoji23]
Now waiting to get little one from airport [emoji173]️

Sis is sort of ok. She got atrial fibrillation. Got to go back to hospital tomorrow for an ECHO then in 6 weeks time she has to have her heart stopped and started again to hopefully get it back to a normal rhythm. She has not been feeling right for weeks but didn't really think anything of it. Got breathless when walking up a hill,pain between her shoulders which would disappear after a couple of days so she just thought she done something at work and other little things. But at the time we don't think anything is seriously wrong.It's only looking back over she realises that her body was telling her something isn't right.

Holistic at 10.30 then nothing until work this afternoon.
