I remember doing back stretches like this when I was in high school and that was almost twenty years ago. Does anyone do something similar to this? I know most ladies I talk to say the only thing they do when working (in an office at a desk) is kegals.

I never did this when I worked but one lady I worked with had some kind of cycling machine under her desk!
I used to try to walk around as much as I could though.
