I know that many people end loving humid weather as they get older but I just hate it. Does that make me the oddball out or are some people just built different? Lately the weather feels like it is trying to strangle me.

I hate humid weather! I don't mind hot weather and I don't mind cold weather, but the humid and muggy weather just feels horrible!

No that does not make you an oddball out! I can't stand the humidity except when I'm at the beach or near a pool. I mean, why else would you want that kind of weather around?
