It's been a weird winter here so far. This time last year there was several inches of snow but this year we've hard had a frost, but it's blowing a gale out there and pissing it down

I'm not complaining about the lack of snow and ice, I'm just hoping my roof stays in one piece :/

We are in the middle of a winter storm warning. We picked up 10 inches of snow yesterday and throughout the night. I live in Upstate NY. I'm tired of the snow already! I am getting great workouts in by shoveling!

It's not too bad here, it's overcast, but no rain ATM! We're in the band that should just miss the storms though hopefully! 10" of snow seems crazy!

I really want to say stupidly cold but that is just my feeling when it is this chilly and I see no snow on the ground. With snow at least it is something nice to look at.

We've had quite a bit of snow here in northeastern Ohio. We have a little reprieve from the below zero temps today but tomorrow a big storm is coming. The weather people are saying we will be back to arctic temperatures.

By Monday they predict a high temp of 14F/-10C with a windchill of -11F/-24C. Tuesday will be even colder with the high being at only 1 degree F/-17C. Here's a small bit of weather trivia for you. The United States, Jamaica, the Cayman Islands, Belize, the Bahamas, and Palau are the only countries that still use the Fahrenheit temperature system of measurement. Weird, huh?

Yes, it's cold. I need to try to get to the store before this storm comes. If I get a chance, I'll take a few photos to share.

We're having a really weird winter here, too. Last week, for example, it was warm enough to forego a coat or jacket altogether. Today it's cold enough that you can see your breath when you're outside and early next week, it's supposed to go down to about 8 degrees!

We've had a really mild winter so far, but that's not really out of the ordinary for us. We don't usually see really cold weather until later this month, on into February.

All we have had here is rain rain rain! And quite a lot of windy weather too. It's been so miserable!

I want snow just a day or 2 of it would be nice but just rain and cold makes it no fun!
