How many Syns can you have a day?

I'm not doing slimming world officially so and keep forgetting

Yep 15, they recommend a minimum of 5-15

I think I used to go with 12, but I tended to eat syn free in the week ad save them! My first week I had maccy Ds and Indian and still lost about 4lb cos I'd eaten well in the week!

I saved all mine for vodka ... Surprise surprise
