I need to use half a cup of Carnation condensed milk for a scallop recipe. Does anyone know the syn value please.

Unfortunately I can't find my SW books, and to be honest they will be out of date slightly.

i have found this though - these values are from 2015, and they ay have changed since then, but it's not something I can see changing more than 0.5-1 syns per tbsp (but I could be wrong, it's not something I ever use!)

Condensed Milk - Full Cream/Sweeteneed/1 Level tbsp (2.5), Light/Unsweetened/1 Level tbsp (2.0)
