Anyone know how many syns it is for a salad from the chopped salad bar please ?

Is the chopped salad bar a brand?
Lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pepper, carrots, are all speed foods therefore are free. Without dressings/oils

It's a salad bar meant to be healthy but with the dressings I'd say not

Sorry I get you, you mean like the salad bars at Harvester or Pizza Hut (sorry, it’s been a loooong week)
It depends what dressings you have - some can be low syn, balsamic vinegar is free, french is 2.5 per tbsp, Caesar is 3 per tbsp, Mayo is 5 per tbsp (full fat)
