What is syn value for slim fast snack bars

Slim Fast foods aren’t listed in the syns on SW. His may be because some are classed as meal replacement foods, and SW want to promote healthy meals rather than meal replacement.
If you are going to use them, maybe use the 20 caps per 1 syn rule? But remember this rule only applies to a food item that does not contain any free food
