Hi I have just had some strawberries, blackberries, rasberries half a banana with 100g of full fat yogurt oh! and 4 small seedless grapes. How many syns would I have had. I understand the fruit is free but i dont see bananas. Please can some one help me. I am new to the this site and not sure what I am doing

All of the fruit is free (including bananas) and the yogurt would be synned. Depending which type of yogurt will account for the syns.
If it’s a branded one I can try looking for a more accurate syn value?
