Smoked Garlic
Is smoked garlic free??
Thanks in advance
Is that what it sounds like? If it's a garlic bulb smocked then yes.

I can't see any syns listed for it on the app, so I would say yes.
Not all smoked things are free, but unless it tells me otherwise, I don't count syns for it.
I thought if the item was free that was being smocked in a natural smoke then it was free Sarah?

As an example, smoked salmon, cod, haddock, trout and tofu are free, but smoked mackerel, cheese, almonds and pate have syns.
That's because of their fat content, not the smoke . I asked at class yesterday. It's free hazydaisy

But do look out like Sarah said about the mackerel? The reason it's syned when smoked is because they use a fish with a higher fat content

I figured it would be - especially as it's a speed food
