Hi has anyone had the chicken tikka skewers that are raw/ frozen and know how many syns? Can't find them on the app x from Asda
1.5 syns per skewer.
I used the syns calculator on the SW website. You need the packaging as you take figures from the nutritional information, as well as seeing if the very first listed ingredient can be used as a free food.
