Is ham free as part of P. Or is it a syn? If so how many syns per 100g.

Ham is free as long as all the fat is off.

Thanks Ali. It's from the wafer thin packs. That is good news because I enjoy a few slices in salad for lunch with a lovely spicy dressing I make with quark and lots of different spices.
