There aren't any syn values on the SW site for the shakes, I assume it's a powder you make up wig milk?
Can you post a pic of the nutritional info? Including the ingredients list too?

As a devout SW'er, I feel obliged to say that having shakes isn't the best idea for a meal replacement as there isn't any speed food involved, and you don't get the same benefits as eating a lunch, or making your own soups.
However, I also understand the not wanting to waste something and convenience food
