So I'm back on the shakes for a couple of weeks, only for breakfast and lunch then a normal dinner for the evening.
I need a shake up literally

In the past when I have done the shakes for a short period and not gone by the no carbs rule most shakes advise with their diets it's worked without piling it back on.
Does anyone else add shakes to their diets without being 100% on it all the time?
