The plain one with oats can i have the syn value that one and the plain with coconut?
Are there any dairy free yogurts that are free? Thank you

The coconut one is 2 syns per 500g, the oat one is 2.5 syns per 500g

As for syn free dairy free yogurts, I can't see any just by searching for soya yogurt or dairy free yogurt, but if you can suggest some brands, I'll have a look

Unfortunately there is no dairy free yoghurts that are currently syn free. I am ever hopefully that one will come on the market for those that have food intolerances as we have to use our syns for things like diary free yoghurt and cheese rather than having these as a HEA. Same with cheese, there isn't one that is HEA suitable yet!
