Does anyone know if Ask Italian has Syn values anywhere?

Can't find any on the SW site.

Had lunch there today as a Mothers Day treat.

Chose wisely for first and second course but also had two glasses of Prosecco (lovely) plus the Honeycomb cheesecake [emoji23][emoji33]

So have written today off as a one off event and will be back on it from right now.

Just wondered if any Syn values existed anywhere so I could Syn it...in the interests of honesty.

Currently 1stone 10.5lbs lighter and if I am saintly I might still achieve a loss this week....I don't weigh again until Friday.

No there aren't any specific listed syns for Ask Italian.

However, I did create a thread for a guide to syns when eating out - Eating Out With Slimming World (Restaurants + Takeaways)
If you can't find what you want on there, let me know and I can guide you to the right syns, or there abouts

Thank you. I've looked at the calories per average portion of stuff. All my dishes were around 500-600 calories. The main course was Spaghetti al pomodero so just had tomato and basil plus some mozzarella. It was glorious and I am pretty certain I can do a SW make over on it.

On the whole I am just accepting it as one meal out of 21 so I can pull it all back before Friday.

I wouldn't just focus on calories. Syns aren't just calculated on calories, they take into account all nutritional info, portion sizes and each ingredient.
However, you've got a fantastic way of looking at it you're right, it's 1 meal in an entire week. You don't NEED to decrease your syns for the rest of the week either, you can just get back on plan as normal. But if you want to reduce them for the rest of the week, just make sure you have 5 a day minimum

Thanks Sarah, yes I will make sure I have at least five syns a day. I usually use them in cooking as it adds a touch of luxury to dishes. Family are loving this new way of eating. Seeing them enthuse over the nacho style feast is fabulous.
