Hi!

Does anyone have any idea on the syns of Tesco salmon and dill puff pastry parcels (frozen)? I'd post a link but I'm not allowed according to the website. :-)

Probably more than I should have since I'm treating myself to a pint at the new micro brewery down the road tonight with a friend but I had to scrape something together for lunch before I did the food shop 😂 I did have it with lots of speed veg though, so not all bad.

18.5 syns per parcel.
I know it's got Salmon in which is free, but there is 51% pastry compared to 30% Salmon. Plus there is cream, oils and syrups listed in the ingredients.

Puff pastry is evil stuff.

It's basically layers of calories held together with layers of fat.

Hi ...

Any kind of pastry will send your syns rocketing.

The links... links can be posted after 10 posts. It's just a small way to keep the spam low ...
